Prayer times seem incorrect โ what should I check?
Go to Settings โ Calculation Method and select the method recommended for your country (e.g. Diyanet for Turkey, Umm al-Qura for Saudi Arabia). Also verify your location is set correctly.
Notifications are not arriving. How do I fix this?
Make sure notification permission is granted in your device settings. On iOS go to Settings โ Notifications โ My Salah. On Android go to Settings โ Apps โ My Salah โ Notifications. Also ensure Battery Optimization is disabled for the app.
The Qibla compass is pointing in the wrong direction.
Calibrate your compass by moving your phone in a figure-8 motion a few times. Make sure you are away from metal objects or magnets. The app shows true north bearing โ make sure "Use True North" is enabled in your device compass settings.
How do I restore my Premium subscription?
Go to Settings โ Premium and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.
I want to cancel my subscription.
iOS: Go to Settings โ Apple ID โ Subscriptions โ My Salah and cancel.
Android: Open Google Play Store โ Profile โ Payments & subscriptions โ Subscriptions โ My Salah and cancel.
The Hijri date shown is off by a day.
The Hijri calendar can vary by ยฑ1 day depending on moon sighting conventions in your country. Go to Settings โ Hijri Adjustment and adjust by +1 or -1 day as needed.
How do I report a bug or suggest a feature?

Is my location data private?
Yes. Prayer times are calculated entirely on your device. Your location is never sent to our servers unless you explicitly use the Mosque Finder feature. See our
